Dear Customer, according to article 13 of the Italian decree-law No. 196/2003 (Act below), and in relation to personal data of which the Sardegne S.r.l. Company will come into possession in the trade relations that will entertain with you, we inform you of the following:

1. Data processing purposes.
   The treatment is uniquely finalised to the correct and full implementation of job intermediation received in the sale of tourist services.
2. Data processing mode.
   
   1. The treatment is performed through the operations referred to in article 4, paragraph 1, point "a" of the above mentioned Act: collection, organization, registration, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, cancellation and data destruction.
   2. Operations can be carried out with or without the help of electronic or automated tools.
   3. The processing is carried out by the owner and/or by processors.
3. Data provision.
   The transfer of personal data is necessary for the conduct of activities referred to in paragraph 1.
4. Data provision refusal.
   The refusal from the person concerned to give personal information in the case referred to in paragraph 3, implies the impossibility of fulfilling the activities referred to in paragraph 1.
5. Data reporting.
   Personal data may come to the processors knowledge and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to external collaborators, tax advisors and, in general, to all those public and private third parties where communication is necessary to the proper performance of the purposes described in section 1.
6. Transfer of data abroad.
   Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries and to third countries in relation to European Union in the context of the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.
7. Customer rights.
   Article 7 of the aforementioned Act gives the customer the exercise of certain rights, including the right to obtain from the owner the confirmation of whether or not personal data and their availability in an intelligible form; the person concerned is entitled to know the source of the data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the identity of the owner and those whose data can be communicated; the person concerned also has the right to obtain, the anonymous correction, data integration, cancellation, modification or blocking of processed data in violation of the law; the owner has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to data processing.
8. Process owner.
