The Cala di Falco villas are perfectly inserted in the Mediterranean scrub-land and offer their guests an almost complete access to all the facilities of the Delphina Cala di Falco hotel.
They are situated at a few kilometers from the ancient fishermen village of Cannigione, nowadays considered as one of the main touristic localities of Costa Smeralda, where you can spend your evenings before going back to your private villa.
All five Cala di Falco villas offer double bathrooms, a living-room, a kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a television, a large terrace and/or a garden and provide their guests with beach towels and adult bathrobes.
For sports lovers, the Resort offers a pool, a tennis court, a beach volley-ball field.
What's to see
The coasts of Costa Smeralda and La Maddalena Archipelago are among the most preserved of the Mediterranean and their crystal-clear waters are ideal to snorkel.
The Marine Protected Area of the La Maddalena Archipelago offers various enchanted bays, where you can admire the local fauna and flora in their natural habitat. What a wonderful sight for your children, isn't it?
On the contrary, if you prefer adventure, you can book a boat trip on the "Pulcinella" sailing ship, a Norwegian wooden boat of 1927, to differently discover Caprera and the coasts of Corsica.
Location
The Cala di Falco villas are situated within the Delphina Cala di Falco Resort, at a few meters from Cannigione. They are located about 30 kilometers from the harbour and airport of Olbia-Costa Smeralda and about 150 km from Alghero-Fertilia airport.

Trough two entrances from the veranda, guests access to a spacious living room with a built-in corner sofa bed, a chair bed and a large living area with solid wood tables. Thanks to the double entrance this area is very bright.
The villa also consists of two large double bedrooms, one double joinable bedroom and a third small twin bedroom. Furnishings are simple and functional, but of valuable materials.
