A beautiful natural shaped rock pool is located right in front of the beach, while the sports area extends in the vicinity; another stretch of water - immersed in greenery - home to several species of birds, is also present.

The hotel has two restaurants. "Scirocco", the main restaurant, is characterised by wide outdoor terraces with sea view. "Libeccio" restaurant is situated within the attractive swimming pool and the sea, offering international and typical dishes buffets, a large grill and reserved area for children.

Children and teens aged between 3 and 17 are welcome in this beautiful resort by the sea. The Baby club, Mini club and Junior club offer different activity programmes designed for each age group.

Things not to be missed

The hotel Sighientu Thalasso Centre. Thalasso treatments are carried out in a swimming pool with seawater at a temperature of 89.6 ºF; jets of water massage relax the whole body.

The centre is divided into 4 areas: Hydro marine (dedicated to thalasso treatments with seawater), Beauty (dedicated to beauty treatments with products of marine origin), In form (dedicated to fitness) and Relax, to relax with a cup of herbal tea. Children under 16 can not access to the Thalasso Centre.

What's to see

Thanks to the dedicated facilities at Sighientu Life Hotel & Spa you can practice various sports activities: tennis, beach volley, five-a-side football; a swimming pool of 1,500 square meter fresh-water with children area is also present.

The nearby yacht basin will give you the oppotunity to rent boats, rubber dinghies and moorings. Diving and Sailing Centre and Yacht Club are also at guests' disposal.

The hotel is located in Marina di Capitana (Quartu Sant'Elena), in the province of Cagliari, on the southern coast of Sardinia, between Cagliari and Villasimius. Sighientu Life & Spa is 25 km from Cagliari Elmas airport, 21 km from Cagliari centre and 30 km from Villasimius.
